Proposal for Developing Guidance

TNI committees, executive committees, councils, or the TNI Board review and establish the need for guidance. Any person may suggest creating guidance to a TNI group, but only TNI committees, executive committees, councils, and the TNI Board can develop a proposal for creating guidance.
