How to Become a NEFAP FSMO Accreditation Body

Become familiar with the General Requirements for Accreditation Bodies Accrediting Field Sampling and Measurement Organizations (FSMO-V2-2008), and implement a program to comply with the requirements.

Review the anticipated timeline.

Read TNI SOP 5-105, TNI NEFAP Executive Committee Evaluation Procedure.

Submit an application (NEFAP Accreditation Body Application) and complete the NEFAP Accreditation Body Application Completeness Checklist.
