Comment Period Extended to September 26, 2026, for V1M2 and V1M5 Draft Standards

The TNI Quality Management Systems Expert Committee posted Draft Standard EL-V1M2 for public comment on May 26, 2026, and the TNI Microbiology Expert Committee posted Draft Standard EL-V1M5 for public comment on June 1, 2026. Email notifications that were to be made in conjunction with these postings weren't made. As a result, TNI has decided that the comment period for each of these Draft Standards should remain open for a longer period. The comment period for each of these two Draft Standards will close on September 26, 2026.
Please send your comments and proposed revised text on the TNI Quality Management Systems Expert Committee Draft Standard EL-V1M2 to both Debbie Bond ([email protected]) and Ilona Taunton ([email protected]), the Program Administrator (PA). Please send your comments and proposed revised text on the TNI Microbiology Expert Committee Draft Standard EL-V1M5 to both Cody Danielson ([email protected]) and Paul Junio, the Program Administrator ([email protected]). All comments will be tracked by the PA, and commenters will be notified of the committee's response to the comment. If there are no persuasive comments received, the Draft Standard will become the Final Standard.
